How to Migrate off Tilt Cloud

Hi tilt users!

Tilt Cloud was our attempt to help teams with local Kubernetes development with snapshots of their dev environment. As we've watched teams use the feature, we've realized that it would make more sense as an pure-offline flow.

With Tilt v0.30.0, you can use tilt snapshot create and tilt snapshot view to create snapshots without Tilt Cloud.

We've turned off Tilt Cloud while we work on our next experiment. Stay tuned!
